The Industrial Design Engineering program is a four-year undergraduate program. Students take core courses in their first year, and fundamental engineering courses in their second and third years.

Our department uses a 7+1 model. This means our students spend seven semesters at the faculty and one semester in a company. The eighth semester is spent entirely in real production environments in businesses/factories under the name "Professional Training in the Workplace."

Our department has curricula, design studios, laboratory facilities, and expert faculty members that meet the criteria of MÜDEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education Programs) and ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), the accreditation bodies for engineering departments in Turkey.

Our students can further develop both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills for their future careers by choosing from a variety of elective courses that align with their career interests.
