As part of a technical field trip organized by the Simav Technology and Culture Community of our faculty, our first-year students visited the İsmet Kazcıoğlu Automotive Company.

We would like to thank everyone involved in this important technical field trip, which allowed our students to observe the working environment, the interactions and communication between employees, existing business processes and working methods; to learn about recruitment processes and career paths in the company by communicating directly with those in charge of the sector; and to gain insights into how to prepare for a career in this sector.
